

Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and enhance the organizational structure and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to workforce optimization by identifying and nurturing employee talents.
Requirements
Organisational Structure Analysis and Design
o Analyse current structures and recommend changes.
o Ensure changes align with organizational objectives and ESG considerations.
Policy and Program Impact Assessment
o Evaluate the impact of policy changes on organizational objectives.
o Ensure alignment with company goals and avoid conflicts.
o Ensure alignment of Job matches to Salary Benchmarking and Job Profiles
Talent Development and Skill Retention
o Identify employee talents and develop them for current and future needs.
o Obtain and implement training programs to retain essential skills.
o Manage the Performance contract and Professional Development plan implementation and
tracking.
Managerial Skills Enhancement
o Assess and improve managerial capabilities within the organization.
o Develop strategies to enhance leadership skills and managerial performance.
ESG Integration
o Incorporate environmental, social, and governance factors into structural decisions.
o Align organizational practices with industry ESG standards.
Implementation of Organisational intervention programs
o Responsible for the implementation and management of organisational intervention programs, as
per the needs of the company structure and business goals.
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a
related field.
Certification in Organizational Design or Change Management (preferred)
5+ years of experience in organizational development or human resources, focusing on structure
and workforce planning.

Expertise in organizational analysis and design.
Strong understanding of ESG principles and their integration into business structures.
Ability to assess and enhance managerial effectiveness and workforce capabilities.
Proficiency in change management and strategic planning.

Proficient in Sage relating to Job Profiles, Performance tracking and organisational building in Sage.
