Executing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Projects.
Proconics is a South African-based engineering company, established in 1995. We execute agile, multi-discipline engineering projects, typically with a 12-18 month lifecycle, for clients with critical infrastructures.
These projects consist of modifications to existing factories, as well as greenfield and renewable energy projects. Our project executions range from pure design to total EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).

Project Expertise
Our projects include modifications on existing factories, greenfield and renewable projects, ranging from pure design to total EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solutions.
Our Mission
We help build and support the infrastructure that keeps industries running and people supported. That includes extending the life of existing assets, integrating renewable energy, and delivering engineering that is both forward-thinking and workable on the ground. We believe the Just Energy Transition isn’t a slogan but a technical challenge we’re solving project by project.
A mission drives our teams to add value through smart, sustainable engineering. We combine local insight with global best practices to deliver outcomes that don’t just make business sense but also human sense.
Our Vision
We see engineering as a tool to build a better, fairer South Africa economically, socially, and environmentally. That’s why we’re committed to advancing the country’s energy future, and to developing the next generation of engineers to lead it.
Proconics is proud to be majority Black-owned (51%), with 30% Black female ownership. As a Level 1 BBBEE contributor, we actively invest in training, mentorship, and partnerships that drive transformation not only within our company, but in the communities, we work within.
We aim to be more than a service provider but a trusted technical partner, a training ground for future leaders, and a contributor to national progress.
Community Engagement
At Proconics, we believe engineering should do more than solve technical problems, it should make life better for the people around us. That’s why we work closely with the communities where we use, building relationships that go beyond the project site. We don’t just deliver infrastructure, we contribute to long-term, local development. Our community programmes focus on what drives lasting change: education, skills development, and access to opportunity. Whether we’re supporting a young engineer’s training or investing in local suppliers, our goal is always the same: to uplift people while delivering on project outcomes.
This approach is embedded in how we do business. It shows up in how we build our teams, how we plan project delivery, and how we leave behind value that lasts. Our teams draw on local knowledge, apply global standards, and act with purpose to create technical solutions that also support human progress.
For us, transformation isn’t a compliance box but a responsibility. We’re proud of our role as a majority Black-owned business, and we take seriously our part in building a more inclusive, resilient, and skilled South Africa. Proconics is more than a service provider. We’re a trusted partner, committed to solving industrial challenges while helping communities grow stronger, together.
